• Credit information: we access your credit reports through SmartCredit (our affiliate partner) and our case management platform solely for the purpose of providing dispute services.
• Website usage data: pages visited, time on site, device type, and IP address (collected via standard web analytics, if enabled).
• Payment information: we do not store payment card data on our servers. Payment is processed through our secure checkout system.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide credit dispute and repair services to you.
• Communicate with you about your case progress.
• Send service-related emails and notifications (you may opt out of marketing emails at any time).
• Maintain records as required by applicable law and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) compliance.

• Our Case Management Platform: the system that holds your client record and executes dispute letters on your behalf.
• SmartCredit: our credit monitoring partner through whom you access your three-bureau credit reports.
• Client Communication Platform (GoHighLevel): our client communication platform used to send you emails and SMS notifications about your case.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We do not share your information with advertisers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your client records for a minimum of 7 years as required for compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@visionarystrategyconsulting.com . Note that records required for legal compliance cannot be deleted on request.

6. Your Rights (Florida and California Residents)

• You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• You have the right to request correction of inaccurate information.
• California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. Client data is stored in secured, U.S.-based cloud systems. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
