1. Agreement to Terms

By using this website or enrolling in our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services Provided

Visionary Strategy Consulting LLC d/b/a The Credit Blueprint ("The Credit Blueprint," "we," "us," or "our") provides credit dispute and education services. We assist clients in identifying inaccurate, unverifiable, or incomplete items on their credit reports and submitting dispute letters to the credit bureaus on their behalf, as permitted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

3. No Guarantee of Results

Credit repair results vary based on individual circumstances. The Credit Blueprint does not guarantee the removal of any specific item from your credit report. Under the FCRA, credit bureaus are only required to remove inaccurate, unverifiable, or incomplete information. The Credit Blueprint cannot and does not promise specific point increases or the removal of accurate, verifiable information. Any testimonials or results shared on this website represent individual experiences and are not guarantees.

4. Your Rights Under the FCRA

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no cost. You are not required to use a credit repair organization to exercise this right. Credit bureaus are required to investigate disputes within 30 days. The Credit Blueprint's services enhance this process by providing professional dispute strategy, personalized letters, and ongoing case management, not rights you could not exercise yourself.

5. Payment Terms

Service fees are charged on a monthly subscription basis or as a one-time fee, depending on the plan selected. For monthly plans: your first payment is processed upon enrollment. Monthly payments continue until you cancel. Setup fees are non-refundable. The Credit Blueprint does not charge any fees before services have been initiated, as required by Florida law.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly service at any time by contacting support@visionarystrategyconsulting.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions.

7. Refund Policy

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Setup fees are non-refundable. One-time program fees are subject to a pro-rated refund within 30 days of purchase if no dispute letters have been sent on your behalf. Contact support to request a refund within the eligible period.

8. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate personal information.
• You agree to maintain your SmartCredit account during the program so The Credit Blueprint can access your credit reports.
• You agree to notify The Credit Blueprint of any changes to your contact information.
• You agree not to open new accounts or take any action that may significantly impact your credit during the dispute process without consulting The Credit Blueprint first.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Credit Blueprint's liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you have paid to The Credit Blueprint in the 3 months preceding the claim. The Credit Blueprint is not liable for credit bureau decisions, for the actions of furnishers or creditors, or for any indirect or consequential damages.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after notice constitutes acceptance.
